Construction Contractors Network (CCN) has been educating Construction Contractors ever since the Oregon Legislature passed the law requiring the test in 1999. Working with a core group of licensed business professionals, we developed a Home Study training program that has been cost-effective and highly successful in preparing new contractors for their license in Oregon. Our availability to answer questions 7-days a week has helped those in a hurry to get their Oregon Contractor's license as well as those who need to carve out regular study time to fit within their busy life schedules.
